Warranty / Return Policy
All Breeze Home Fashions, Inc.
("Breeze") products are
warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser at
retail in a residential application for as long as they
own the product(s). Any implied warranties are for the
time during which the original buyer at retail owns the
product(s).
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any
damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper
installation. Damage due to exposure to sunlight is
considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by
this warranty. Fabric colors, which may vary from lot to
lot and may not exactly match sample swatches or
previous purchases, are not covered by this warranty. If
the product is defective during the warranty period
Breeze will, at its option, either repair or replace,
without charge, the defective product. This shall be the
original purchaser's sole remedy under this warranty.
In no event shall Breeze be liable for any other costs,
such as removal or reinstallation of Breeze products or
incidental or consequential damages.
To obtain service under this warranty, contact Breeze
Home Fashions for a return authorization. Return
products along with the original sales receipt and the
return authorization to Breeze. Breeze will be
responsible for shipping charges for items covered by
this warranty.
Delivery
BREEZE® products ship by
UPS ground or similar method. Please allow 2-4 weeks for
delivery. As your satisfaction is our goal, we will ship
your items as soon as possible.
Privacy Policy
Breeze
Home Fashions does not share your information with any
other party.
