Q. Can we use our own fabric?

A. Yes. Choose your style and we will tell you how much fabric to get, send it to us, and we will send you the finished product with scraps included!

Q. What is your turn-around time?

A. Two to three weeks. If you use your own fabric, it will be two to three weeks from the time we receive the fabric.

Q. Do you send swatches?

A. Yes. Since computer monitors and servers show colors differently, we will send you swatches of fabric to make sure it goes with the color in your room.

Q. How many times a year do you add fabric?

A. We like to add fabric two to three times a year. We also discount window treatments in fabrics we are discontinuing. Look to the website for these specials.

Q. How often do you add new window treatments?

A. We are always working on creating new and innovative window treatments. We introduce them as often as we get them out! Watch the website.

Q. What if there is no Velegance reseller in our area?

A. We will be happy to assist you--just contact us by email or by phone. Check the contact page for details.

Q. How do I know how many window treatment components to order?

A. We will be happy to help you with it. We are very good at doing that!
